Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a non-thermal method to preserve all the significant substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable flavor.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eVolume: 0.7 l\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlcohol content: min. 11%\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUnlimited shelf life\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWithout added sugar and alcohol\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRefreshing in summer, warming in winter\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMead can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it refreshes wonderfully when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, we heat the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil.
