My name is Bibiána, and together with my father, Ľuboš, I founded Lubifood.The first root of our story is my daughter, Thea. After being diagnosed with a rare metabolic disorder, she required a strict low-protein diet. While searching for high-quality low-protein foods, I discovered a unique rice fermentation technology that can reduce protein content by up to 90% without compromising taste. This led to the creation of Echigo rice, which is now distributed throughout Europe.
The second root is my father, Ľuboš, an agronomist who has spent his life farming in the Rajecká Valley. He grows rapeseed, poppy seeds, flax, lentils, and milk thistle on our family farm, and produces cold-pressed rapeseed and poppy seed oils. He has always believed that quality begins in the field.
When our experiences came together, we created Lubifood Coconut Porridges: light, smooth, and delicious from the very first spoonful.
