Nikoleta-Maria was founded in February 2017 as a family project by Jakub Trčka, who learned the craft of flavor production while working as a chef in Italy. There, he realized that the foundation of good food lies in high-quality ingredients and that the simpler the process, the better the result.
We produce fruit syrups, baked fruit teas, jams, chili and other sauces, and flavored nuts. At the heart of our work are distinctive taste, careful ingredient selection, and a personal approach to production. For our products, we focus on a high fruit content and recipes free from artificial additives and preservatives. Our products are created for moments when you want to treat yourself, your guests, or someone close to you, whether at home, in gastronomy, or as gift packages. Nikoleta Maria combines Czech small-batch craftsmanship with a premium appearance and ideas that give familiar flavors a new dimension.
