The Don Pelayo Regañá is born from the strength and emotion of David de Castro, a sommelier with deep experience in the world of wine. For its preparation, locally sourced ingredients are selected, including fleur de sel from the marshes of Cádiz. The result is an exquisite bread, crafted by the hands of artisan bakers who dedicate their effort to making them one by one.

Ingredients: Supreme quality wheat flour, water, yeast, seaweed (sea lettuce “Ulva spp”), fleur de sel from the marshes of Cádiz.
