You choose the DPD pickup point, near your home or workplace, where our carrier will collect your duvet

You prepare a protective package for your duvet; it is important that it is well packaged.
You print the shipping label to attach to the package containing your duvet to be cleaned
You drop off the labeled package containing your duvet at the pickup point you selected
Your package is handled by DPD, and your duvet goes to AQUALOGIA, the leader in France for eco-friendly cleaning with whom we have established a partnership.
Aqualogia cleans your duvet using aquacleaning, the gentlest method for down and environmentally friendly
Once cleaned, your duvet is sent back to the pickup point you chose, and you will be notified when you can pick it up.
DPD Croatia provides convenient package delivery with a choice between home delivery or pickup at more than 1,600 Pickup locations across the country, including over 300 parcel machines. With the Predict service and the myDPD application, you can easily change the place and/or date of delivery according to your needs.
