Berce Rebula Grand, with its characteristic structure and aromas acquired during extended maceration and aging in barrique barrels, brings deep and slightly earthy notes with a touch of tannins. Its fruity and floral notes beautifully complement the apricot jam, which brings pleasant sweetness, refreshing acidity, and intense fruitiness.

Dark chocolate, with its bitter-sweet complexity, adds another layer of flavor. The bitter notes of chocolate balance the sweetness of the apricot jam while highlighting the fruity aromas of both the apricots and the Rebula. Together, they create a harmonious whole, where each flavor is expressed in a refined manner, while simultaneously supporting and enhancing one another.
