ORGANIC BUCKWHEAT BREAD MIX WITH SOURDOUGH - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic buckwheat flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame. PREPARATION: For preparation, you need 250 g of the sourdough bread mix and 430 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 430 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Shape 4 - 6 approximately equal-sized rolls and place them on a greased baking tray. Everything, without proofing, is placed in a preheated fan oven at 200 degrees and baked for 45 - 48 minutes.
