Try "Royal Jam Truffles"

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g sweet cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Holiday persimmon jam with cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and lemon
- Cocoa powder for rolling

Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, mix dark chocolate, sweet cream, and butter and heat on low until the ingredients melt and combine.
2. Add a few tablespoons of holiday persimmon jam for extra aroma and flavor. Mix well.
3. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
4. Once the mixture is firm enough, shape it into small balls (truffles).
5. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder.
6. Serve them as a wonderful and delicious dessert with coffee or as a holiday surprise.
