Pino 2019

Pino 2019 is a wine made from pinot grigio grapes, grown on sunny slopes at Hrvatini with a view of the Gulf of Koper. In the cellar, it was produced using a natural approach: fermentation with indigenous yeasts, at the natural temperature of the cellar, without filtration and with a short three-day contact with the skins.

The wine aged in stainless steel containers, which preserves the purity of the variety, the minerality of the site, and freshness. The color is slightly golden onion, characteristic of this style of pinot. On the palate, it is dry, with very little residual sugar, elegant and mineral, with a nice tension and subdued aromatics.

Pino is very versatile with food: we recommend it with lighter seafood dishes, shellfish, fresh salads, vegetable plates, risottos, white meat, and dishes where we want a wine that does not dominate but beautifully connects the flavors.
