Officially founded in 1999, it was born from the passion and knowledge passed down by Aurora Miranda, and later developed by Deolinda Campelo. The brand stands out for its artisanal production of sausages, based on family recipes over 75 years old, combining traditional methods with rigorous quality and food safety standards.

Its goal is to bring the authentic Portuguese flavor to more people, continuously innovating—being pioneers in the creation of a range of poultry sausages—without losing its traditional essence.
