100% Fruit Jam - No Added Sugar
Jam made 100% from fruit in an artisanal way according to a French family recipe from the Aquitaine region, near Bordeaux. This region, located in the southwest of France, is known for its vineyards, as well as for its fertile terroir for fruit cultivation.
Our Maître Confiturier slowly cooks the hand-selected fruit and mixes it with ripe grapes from the vineyards and fruit juice in large traditional French pots. Although it is slow and costly, our small-batch production method results in the rhapsodies of the most refined and exquisite fruits in the world.
