This allows us to preserve the exceptional taste and quality while achieving a fine creamy consistency in the resulting pistachio butter. After roasting, it is extremely important to adhere to the exact time between roasting and grinding. This time can significantly affect the final form and taste of the spread. 100% pistachio butter contains no sugar, salt, palm or other fats, preservatives, or other additives. It is also gluten-free, making it suitable for celiacs. We recommend storing in a dark and dry place at room temperature. The shelf life of the butter depends on the harvest of the pistachios, but it is typically 12 months from production. After opening, we recommend stirring and consuming within 60 days.
