Ingredients: cocoa paste, cocoa butter, sugar, orange puffed rice (10%) [white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (E-322), natural flavor), cereal (rice flour, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, malt powder, salt), maltodextrin, thickener (E-414), color flavoring (E-160a), coating agent (E-904)], almond crunch (5%), emulsifier (natural SOY Lecithin (E-322)) and vanilla flavor.

It’s simple: the supposed health benefits of chocolate come from the properties of cocoa. But chocolate is made from a mixture of cocoa paste, cocoa butter (fat), and sugar or sweeteners in varying proportions, plus other possible ingredients (milk, flavors, nuts...).
As for cocoa powder, the cocoa beans, previously dried and fermented, are reduced to a paste that is transformed into a kind of cake by hydraulic pressure; that cake is mechanically processed to turn it into ground powder.
