Since Judaism prohibited the consumption of pork, some of the supposedly newly converted would have invented a sausage where poultry meat discreetly replaced the pork, which was traditional among Christians. Dom Casel recreates the story by adapting the ancient recipe to contemporary times. A recipe adjusted between the palates of those who have the gift of making sausages and the culinary wisdom of Chef Flávio Silva. Fry, grill, or bake in the oven.
