Mayayo Jams
Jams handcrafted in La Rioja.
The making of a good jam has no tricks: just a lot of fruit! However, the lack of time is often a handicap. For this reason, many times people go to supermarkets to get a jam without even looking at the label. And this is a big mistake!
Great vitamin source
The key is in the fruit. Artisan jams have a high percentage of fruit (between 50% and 60%), much higher than industrial jams.
The fruit content leads us to its vitamins. Each fruit has a different vitamin contribution and, therefore, different properties. While it is true that during the production process many vitamins disappear, others are concentrated in large amounts. To learn more about this, we recommend keeping an eye on our Facebook posts and reading the descriptions of our jams. There you will find detailed information about the properties and benefits of each of our artisan jams!
They are rich in fiber
By using the whole fruit, artisan jam provides a lot of fiber. This helps the proper functioning of intestinal transit. Use it for your breakfasts and start the day with energy.
They provide energy
Artisan jam provides you with energy, fats, and glucose. This especially benefits very active people: athletes, children... Natural sugars should be present in our diet, and artisan jams without common sugar are the perfect complement!
