A strong, spicy seasoning sauce made from fermented green walnuts. The sauce is similar in type to Worcestershire sauce and finds similar uses in the kitchen. It has a distinct sour-salty flavor with a spicy umami finish. During the fermentation of green walnuts, they turn black, giving the sauce its final dark color.
What is the sauce good for?
It is excellent for seasoning meats, sauces, salads, and also finds its use at the bar as an ingredient in cocktails.
Ingredients
apple cider vinegar, black walnut, red wine Frankovka (contains sulfur dioxide), tomato puree (strained tomatoes, edible salt), molasses, onion, edible salt, horseradish, anchovies (sunflower oil, edible salt), garlic, spice mix.

Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 0 - 25 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator
