The maceration on the skins took place in 3 different vinifiers. After pressing and completing malolactic fermentation, we transferred the wine to age in two 1000 l barrels and 300 l barrique barrels, where it rested until September 2019. The wine then waited, unified in a stainless steel container, for the bottling date. We filled it into bottles without prior filtration, preserving a relatively high extract of intense color, rich aroma, and robust flavor with a small amount of sediment.
