Winemaker's Diary:
We harvested the Dunaj grape variety in several phases for ideal ripeness. After gentle destemming and pressing, fermentation took place in vinifiers, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine aged in various types of barrique barrels in combination with a large 2000-liter barrel. This gave it elegance and depth without suppressing the varietal character. After 12 months, the wine was bottled, gently filtered, and filled.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 15 - 17 °C after decanting from a carafe in "Bordeaux" shaped glasses with a volume of 550 – 650 ml.

Duck meat – game – rich chocolate dessert.
