You choose the DPD pickup point, near your home or workplace, where our carrier will collect your duvet

You prepare a protective package for your duvet; it is important that it is well packaged.
You print the shipping label to attach to the package containing your duvet to be cleaned
You drop off the labeled package containing your duvet at the pickup point you selected
Your package is handled by DPD, and your duvet goes to AQUALOGIA, the leader in France for eco-friendly cleaning with whom we have established a partnership.
Aqualogia cleans your duvet using aquacleaning, the gentlest method for down and environmentally friendly
Once cleaned, your duvet is sent back to the pickup point you chose, and you will be notified when you can pick it up.
DPD France livre en 24–48h en métropole (jusqu’à 72h pour certaines zones comme la Corse). Vous pouvez choisir la livraison à domicile ou en point relais parmi près de 10 000 Pickup points et 60 agences DPD en France. Avec le service Predict, vous bénéficiez d’un créneau de 3h, de notifications par SMS/email, et pouvez modifier la date, l’adresse ou le lieu de livraison. En cas d’absence, le colis est déposé en relais et y reste 9 jours.
