ECO BUREK Dough Mix with Sourdough, 250 g

Our organic dough mix with sourdough allows for easy preparation of the most delicious sweet rolls as well as savory pies. The mix is made from carefully selected organic ingredients and organic sourdough. Preparation is very simple, as we only need to add water, mix, and roll out to the desired thickness. The dough is vegan and gluten-free. ECO BUREK DOUGH MIX WITH SOURDOUGH - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic rice flour, organic millet flour, organic corn flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame. PREPARATION: To prepare, we need 250 g of BUREK mix with sourdough and 500 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix and 500 ml of water. Mix until the mixture is well combined with the water. Shape into a loaf and let it rest for about 20 minutes. You can also roll it out immediately, but it will be softer and consequently more delicate. The dough can be used for both savory pies and sweet rolls. CHEESE FILLING TIP: 750 g of cottage cheese, 90 g of sour cream, 2 eggs, 6 g of salt, 55 g of oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread them over the rolled-out dough. Cut the spread dough into 4 approximately equal pieces, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish. Before baking, brush the cheese pie with a mixture of yogurt and oil. Place the baking dish in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes. Cover the pie halfway through baking, or when it gets a nice golden yellow color, to maintain its beautiful color.
