ECO Sourdough Poppy Seed Mix, 250 g

Our organic sourdough poppy seed mix allows for easy preparation of the most delicious pastries. The mix is made from carefully selected organic ingredients and organic sourdough, which ensures a fluffy texture for the poppy seeds. Preparation is very simple, as you only need to add water, mix, and shape the poppy seeds filled with any desired filling. The mix is suitable for sweet fillings, and the poppy seeds will impress even the most discerning taste buds. At the same time, they are vegan and gluten-free. ECO MIX FOR POPPY SEEDS - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic rice flour, organic millet flour, organic corn flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame. PREPARATION: For preparation, you need 250 g of the sourdough poppy seed mix and 335 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 335 ml of water. Mix until the mixture is well combined with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Shape it into a loaf and roll it out to about half a centimeter thick, then spread with any desired filling. We recommend rolling the dough with the filling like for poppy seed rolls and cutting it into 2 cm thick slices. Place the sliced pieces on a greased baking tray and, without letting them rise, put them in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. For juicier poppy seeds, we suggest spraying them with water before baking.
