The fruit distillate that forms the basis of Bohemia Honey is produced through a three-stage distillation of matured plum mash, which is made from the highest quality plums of selected varieties. The distillate is then blended with real linden honey. Long-term maceration of the honey gives it a golden color, delicate taste, and honey aroma.

Thanks to modern technological processes that build on the traditional distilling art of the distillers from Vizovice, the consistency of the distillate is guaranteed. It is then stored for aging in tanks, where the flavors and aromas are harmonized and the distillate is 'rounded out.'
