Ginebro Premium Gin
Ginebro Premium Gin Rosé is one of the first terroir gins infused with botanicals from the Ebro River basin, including clementine, cantueso, cinnamon, and juniper. It is a gin made in the London Dry style, resulting from a process of five distillations.
Rosé is based on Ginebro Premium Gin and is macerated again with Ebro botanicals such as blackberry, bramble, and wild strawberry. This combination results in a clean, fresh, and sweet gin with a bright pink color. Its aromas of red fruits anticipate a fruity, ripe, and intense mouthfeel, where notes of blackberries and strawberries can be perceived.

Gin Production
Gin is a distilled beverage that typically uses an agricultural alcohol base, such as grains or beets. The gin distillation process is carried out in a still, traditionally made of copper, although it can also be made of stainless steel. It is here that the alcohol is subjected to a boiling point to turn into vapor and be flavored with essences and botanicals.
The obtained vapor passes through condensation pipes until it exits the still again in liquid form. This is how this alcoholic beverage is produced. Did you know that for a gin to be called gin, it must be flavored with juniper?
Juniper Berries
Juniper, or nebrina, is the fruit of a shrub from the conifer family (juniperus communis), resembling a cypress, that grows in height and in cold climates like those of northern America and Europe. Its fruits, known as juniper berries, are green when they sprout, but as they mature, they acquire their characteristic purple hue, approximately in a year and a half, which is when they are harvested.
These juniper berries have been used for thousands of years for their medicinal benefits, dating back to Roman times, and also in cooking. It was the Dutch in the 16th century who were the first to add them to the process of making a distilled beverage that they named “genever,” which mirrored the French expression “genièvre.” The “genever” was first bottled by the Dutchman Ervin Lucas Bols in 1575.
The English who fought in Holland during the Thirty Years' War in the 17th century were amazed by the “Dutch courage,” as they called the way their comrades-in-arms would engage in battle after drinking Dutch gin, and they brought it back to their country, where they began to call it “Gin.”
