Shaped from grapes macerated in Jurançon, a sweet white wine with a controlled designation of origin from the Southwest (a well-defined area in Béarn). It is then coated with a fine layer of chocolate to make this treat exceptional. The cocoa beans used for this delicacy have been carefully selected to create a perfect symbiosis between the sweetness of the wine-macerated grape and the bitterness of the chocolate. This perfect combination will have you hooked on these chocolate candies in no time.
