Although the preparation of Hops is not easy, in the end, it is a delicacy worth the effort. Collecting a kilo of hop shoots is an infinitely long task. Then we must thoroughly rinse the collected hops to remove all the dirt it picked up on its way from the soil. After that, we fill the shoots into jars, pour in the flavored brine, and seal them.
