PREPARATION: Pour 1.5 g (1 teaspoon) of lady's mantle leaf with about 200 mL (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 5-10 minutes while occasionally stirring, and then strain. Drink 1-2 cups of the prepared tea daily.
