The Selection Lascours beef tenderloin roast is prepared from beef selected by Maison Lascours. Cut from the beef tenderloin, it offers tender meat and is suitable for both oven and pot cooking. Its texture and relatively quick cooking allow you to simply enjoy this cut of beef, accompanied by potatoes, vegetables, or a homemade sauce.
Butcher's tip: Take the meat out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before to bring it to room temperature. Before cooking, quickly sear the beef tenderloin roast on all sides in a hot pan or pot to color it. Then continue cooking in a covered pot or directly in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 °C. After cooking, let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain its juices and tenderness.
