ACTION AND APPLICATION: Most commonly used for colds with high temperatures, often in combination with elderflower.
PREPARATION: Pour 2 g of the plant (1 teaspoon) with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink the tea freshly prepared, as warm as possible, 2-3 times a day, one cup at a time. The daily dose is 4 g. For use longer than 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
