The fermentation of Mitarte White with Barrel Entrepeñas takes place in French oak barrels for 4 months, completing its production with a resting period of 3 months in the barrels, where the "Battonage" technique is used to enhance the qualities of the wine.

White wines, red wines aged in oak barrels in perfect harmony with the most cutting-edge technology to express our personality. Also, wines made in concrete eggs which allow the wine to have "a constant movement," without the intervention of electricity or pumps, achieving rounded tannins that are polished in the porous walls of the egg. Furthermore, the same temperature is maintained at all points of the container, which is fundamental for the wine.
