The handles of Serafino Zani are designed to significantly slow down the transmission of heat, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. Specifically, the handles are made from a rod of 18/10 stainless steel, bent into an arc and subsequently worked at the welded part to make the weld more resistant to impacts. The highly curved shape of the handles makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to proximity to the body of the pot.
