The use of this bottom allows for optimal heat distribution across the body of the pot with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using utensils on gas, electric plates, glass-ceramic, and induction. The edge of the pot is designed to allow for very precise fitting of the lid, preventing steam from escaping quickly, wasting heat, and causing the lid to rattle. The handles of Serafino Zani are designed to significantly slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. Specifically, the handles are made from a rod of 18/10 stainless steel, bent into an arc and subsequently worked at the welded part to make the weld more resistant to impacts. The highly curved shape of the handles makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to proximity to the body of the pot.
