Flower honey is natural honey made from the nectar of various meadow and forest flowers. This year's honey is predominantly acacia, harvested in Šempeter near Nova Gorica, and then enriched with diverse nectar from the local area, Zgornja Besnica near Ljubljana.

It is a versatile and popular honey, produced from the nectar of different flowering plants. Due to its rich composition, it has a pleasant, balanced taste that can be more delicate or pronounced, depending on the blooming period and surrounding plants. The color ranges from light yellow to amber.

It is suitable for everyday use, as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, cereals, or in baking. It is also valued for its beneficial effects on the body: it boosts immunity, helps with fatigue, and has antibacterial properties.
