Sourced from small producers and processed locally. A large part of the cashew that arrives in Europe, 'made in' Vietnam and India, is actually grown in Africa and then sent to those countries to be processed\/packaged. We prefer to shorten these distances and ensure that a larger portion of the sale value remains in the country that cultivates it and with its producers. The cashew is vacuum packed for better preservation.
