The mixture of honey and pollen is a natural supplement rich in nutrients, used to strengthen the immune system, improve energy, and overall well-being. This combination is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants that can support overall health and enhance resistance and energy.
Our mixture contains as much as 20 percent pollen, predominantly chestnut, harvested locally in Zgornja Besnica near Ljubljana, and linden honey, collected in Suha Krajina. This creates a delightful blend of flavors.
Usage:
It is recommended to consume 1 teaspoon per day, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning, to take full advantage of its benefits.
Store the mixture in a glass container at room temperature, preferably in a dark place.
It is advisable to start with smaller doses of pollen, as some individuals may develop allergic reactions.
