Conservas Ana María is a family business, established in 1997. Since its beginnings, its production has focused on the artisanal manufacturing of anchovies, paying special attention to quality.
Currently, it has expanded its production into another range of products, the canned northern bonito, thanks to the marketing channels of its anchovies, which has allowed it to break into this new market.
To boost this new initiative, the factory has increased its production capacity with a new manufacturing plant in the industrial area of Santoña.
