On Saturday, June 13, Confiture Parisienne welcomes @JuChamalo — a key figure in the pastry flan world, author, and self-taught enthusiast followed by over 80,000 fans — for an exclusive Masterclass in our historic shop in the 12th arrondissement. For 3 hours, you will dive into the art of pistachio flan: Knowledge of ingredients and techniques, rolling and shaping the pistachio sweet dough, preparing the flan mixture with Confiture Parisienne's pistachio spread, mastering the cooking process, tips for unmolding, and secrets of preservation. Each participant leaves with their pistachio flan serving 4-6 people and a jar of our pistachio spread. 8 spots per session.
