RECIPE FOR RASPBERRY PUNCH
4 cl R. JELÍNEK Raspberry Distillate
2 cl MONIN raspberry puree
15–20 cl hot water
1/8 lemon
winter spices

Taste all the unconventional distillates from R. JELÍNEK. An absolutely exceptional range of distillates that are unique or completely rare on the market offers a total of 14 specialties. The distillates are produced only in limited quantities, making their tasting a unique experience. Among them, you will find distillates made from forest fruits, sea buckthorn, beer, as well as specialties like red rowan or quince. All are made from original Czech ingredients. The distillates are produced through multi-stage distillation, while the spirits are produced through the distillation of the macerate. In this case, the fruit is first macerated in food-grade alcohol or distillate obtained from the same fruit.

You can buy unconventional distillates in a gift package of 0.2 liters, some also in the traditional 0.7-liter alarm clock bottle from R. JELÍNEK.
