Our royal kombu has a very pronounced iodized taste and a nutty aroma. The flakes can be directly incorporated into your recipes, and they will naturally rehydrate in your dishes. You can use it in infusions, in vinegar, in broth, but also as a flavor enhancer in soups, or to salt a preparation.
