Garfa, created by Cristina Teixeira, is an artisanal and organic bakery from Porto that, like us, believes that good things take time. At Garfa, the aim is to value ancestry, and therefore, all the ingredients they use are of organic origin, and the manufacturing process adheres to values of tradition and sustainability, based on natural fermentation.
