Artisanal pâté truffled made from a blend of liver and pork bacon, seasoned with salt, spices, sherry wine, and truffle.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros. La Rioja.
It has a pleasant flavor, with a hint of spices and truffle. We appreciate a rich aroma of sherry wine and a whole cut.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork bacon, white wine (sulfites), salt, truffle (3%), white pepper, nutmeg, and clove.
NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORANTS. GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE, AND SUITABLE FOR CELIACS.
