Urbina Crianza Selection

The Urbina Crianza Selection wine is made from a selection of Tempranillo grapes. This wine comes from the best grapes of the estate, all sourced from vineyards over 20 years old. These are the wines that in the winery will reach the quality of Gran Reserva. Fermented at 28º C and macerated for 28 days. It remains in oak barrels for 16 months. Purple-red color with ruby tones. Intense fruity aroma. Pleasant complex taste and intense aftertaste. This well-preserved wine at a temperature between 15º and 18º will develop its great qualities and will become a type of Gran Reserva after 3 or 4 years.

• Appearance: Purple-red color with ruby tones.
• Smell: Aromas of good intensity where various types of ripe and expressive fruits stand out, flowers, sweet spices, toasted notes, and hints of underbrush.
• Taste: On the palate, it is flavorful, with a good balance and quite roundness, also showing liveliness and character, fresh and soft tannins, and a retro-nasal sensation that aligns well with almost all the aromas from the nose. Prolonged aftertaste, with good persistence.
