Urbina Gran Reserva Especial

The Urbina Gran Reserva Especial wine is made from a selection of grapes 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, and 5% Mazuelo. This wine comes from the best grapes of the estate, all sourced from vineyards over 20 years old.

Fermented at 28º C and macerated for the final 28 days, followed by 24 months in oak and 48 months in bottle.

• Appearance: Dark ruby color, medium-bodied with a slight mahogany rim.
• Aroma: Complexity on the nose, splendid maturity, mineral aromas, ripe fruits, figs, cherries, and plums, tomato jam and dried apricots, cigar box, cherry blossom, harmonious and well-defined spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and hints of clove. Some leather, blonde tobacco, and nutmeg. Musk, incense, and cola nut. Background of toffee candies and fresh, elegant balsamics.
• Taste: On the palate, harmonious and balanced oak, fruity tannins, great elegance and velvety softness, and wonderful length.
