This white wine vinegar is made from high-quality white wine through natural fermentation without filtration and pasteurization. As a result, it retains live cultures, enzymes, and the natural character of the vinegar, which is reflected in its full aroma and gentle acidity.
The vinegar is undiluted and contains no added sugars, colorings, or preservatives. Due to the delicate character of the white wine, its flavor is suitable for light dishes as well as refined recipes.
