The pierced nuts go into a vat of water, which we must \u003cstrong\u003echange daily for clean\u003c\/strong\u003e water for \u003cstrong\u003e2 - 3 weeks\u003c\/strong\u003e. This way, we get rid of the unpleasant bitterness from the nuts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen comes the stage of \u003cstrong\u003esyruping the nuts\u003c\/strong\u003e.
