Content: Acacia honey is a very bright honey with a mild taste. Like other kinds, it is primarily a nutrient and sweetener, and also protects and maintains health by increasing the body's resistance and immune system.
The natural property of any real honey is that it crystallizes (hardens) after a certain time. This is proof that honey is really natural. If we want to return it to a liquid state, we heat it. It should not be heated to more than 40 °C / 104 °F so it does not lose all the healthy nutrients it contains.
