Content: Chestnut honey is a very aromatic honey with a sweet-bitter taste. Like other types, it is primarily a nutrient and sweetener, and it also protects and maintains health by increasing the body's resistance.
A natural property of every real honey is that it crystallizes (hardens) after a certain period. This is proof that the honey is truly natural. If we want to return it to a liquid state, we heat it. We must not heat it to more than 40° C, so it does not lose the nutrients it contains.
