ACTION AND APPLICATION: Helps with inflammation of the gastric and intestinal mucosa, especially in cases of diarrhea. In women's health, lady's mantle has a special effect on painful, irregular, or heavy menstruation, weakened muscles and connective tissue of the uterus after childbirth, cysts, heavy discharge, climacteric complaints, and menopause issues. It aids in ovarian inflammation, leucorrhea, fungal infections, hormonal disorders, and infertility. It is used for gargling in cases of oral cavity and throat inflammation. It can be used as a bath for skin eczema. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.
PREPARATION: Pour 1.5 g (1 teaspoon) of lady's mantle leaf with about 200 mL (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 5-10 minutes while occasionally stirring, and then strain. Drink 1-2 cups of the prepared tea daily.
