Let's go back to the year 2018, specifically to August. Renovated spaces, a purchased roasting machine, and just creating the first product. Done. The first product saw the light of day. It was enjoyed by all acquaintances. We immediately put it into practice at the first sales event. Everyone praised it except for a few people who found it quite lightly roasted.
Sunrise is coffee for those who enjoy a pleasant taste with mild acidity. It is perfectly suited for cappuccino, where the acidity beautifully blends with the sweet taste of milk.
Sunrise has a rich creamy flavor mixed with the taste of chocolate. The finish complements the flavor of gentle acidity.
Composition: 80% Arabica 20% Robusta
Usage: Espresso, Cappuccino

Taste: milk chocolate, apricot, wild strawberry
