Where do we stick them?
The eternal question of apitherapists who treat with bee stings is where the bee should sting for the maximum healing effect. The same question applies to where we should stick Apit. We will use it where it hurts the most. If we have pain in multiple places, we can use multiple stickers where needed.
The stickers (always in pairs) - one with an image of a bee and the other with numbers - are applied to the painful area, in the form of a patch, using pharmacy adhesive tape, by peeling them off the base and sticking them onto the tape. Make sure that the image side of the sticker is facing the skin!
The stickers typically do not wear out and work as long as they are whole and flat (not crumpled). Handle them carefully and you can use them for several years.
Wear the stickers until you feel good. There is no need to remove them while showering. Every body reacts in its own way, so "listen to yourself". Some even use them for several weeks.
If you feel that the effect is too strong, causing discomfort, itching too much to sleep, or you notice unpleasant changes, remove them for a while (for a few hours, a day, to let the body calm down), then reapply them. The reaction is a sign that it is working.
For worn adhesive tape, handle it by cutting the stickers from the old tape and sticking them onto new tape. When you have multiple layers of adhesive tape, you can peel it off without cutting.
