For its official launch, Confiture Parisienne unveils in September a new recipe signed by Gilles Choukroun and his childhood Mediterranean. At the heart of the recipe, a duo signed by the chef: apricot and orange blossom, a childhood Mediterranean summarized in a single jar. Whole pistachios and a few drops of olive oil play a supporting role, essential for depth. Confiture Parisienne made it this summer with the finest French apricots picked at full ripeness, and officially reveals it at the start of the season. Apricot for the substance, orange blossom for the memory. Whole pistachio for the bite, olive oil for the signature. Simply put.
